PURPOSE: To continuously produce a capillary yarn in high speed by joining plural elementary yarns to a single continuous yarn, adding twisting to the yarn, impregnating a resin into the yarn after adjusting moisture, hardening the yarn by polymerization, then cooling and rewinding the yarn with orderly turns. CONSTITUTION: This production of a capillary yarn is to join plural yarns 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d to form a continuous single yarn 3, if needed, add a twisting, introduce the yarn into a moisture control device 5, impregnate a predetermined two components-based resin into the yarn 3 by a resin impregnating device 6, polymerize and harden the resin by passing through a heating device 7, take up the yarn by a winding reel 9 through a cooling device 8, finish its outer surface in high accuracy through a rough finishing device and a final finishing device until each a predetermined geometrical shape and size are attained and process the ends of the obtained sticky yarn in the predetermined shape.
