An apparatus ensuring maximum safety of the battery running buffer accumulator and charging devices in processing and power generation stations comprises a charging unit (2) connected to a power source (1) for alternating current and provided with a rectifier, a filter and a voltage regulator, and an accumulator (4) connected in parallel to the refill unit (2). The input (3.1, 3.2) of a decoupling unit (3) which completely separates the accumulator (4) of the outlet of the apparatus when the supply voltage is applied is inserted between each outlet (2.1) of the refill unit (2) and each outlet (4.1) of the accumulator (4). An output of the decoupling unit (3) forms the outlet (3.3) of the device.
