Isolated and purified cell surface polypeptides, recognized by the antibodies responsable for the pathogeny of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), their obtention method and their use in SLE diagnosis
The polypeptides are located at the surface of various human cell lines affected by SLE, and are recognised, in particular, by sera of lupous mice and of humans suffering from SLE. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining these polypeptides, as well as to their use for the in vitro diagnosis of SLE.
