Manure material prodn. from animal slurry - by adding nitrogen-fixing, odour-reducing agent, dewatering, and enriching with composted organic material, nitrogen binder, coal etc.
Prodn. of manure material comprises: supplying a slurry in a manure storage room with an odour-reducing and N-fixing material (I), the N being present as ammonium cpds., dewatering the slurry; and adding enriching materials composed of composite organic material, odour-reducing and further N-fixing material, as well as coal prods. and opt. lime prods. Pref. the slurry is dewatered to 20-60% moisture content, and the final prod. is dried to 10-35% moisture. Appts. is also claimed, as are various manure prods.
