PURPOSE:To reduce the dilution of antifreeze liquid by a method wherein air taken into a heating tower is contacted with antifreeze liquid entering or discharging from the heating tower through a thermal conducting pipe to make dew or frost of moisture content in the air. CONSTITUTION:Thermal conducting pipes 11 and 11 flowing antifreeze liquid are arranged in air flow passages 12 and 12 for air fed into a heating tower. A heat exchanging operation is carried out between the air fed into the heating tower and antifreeze liquid through the thermal conducting pipe, the air is cooled to dehumidify it; thereby, the antifreeze liquid is prevented from being diluted in a heat collecting chamber 3. Moisture content separated in air passages 12 and 12 is discharged from a drain port 9. With this arrangement, it is possible to reduce an energy consumption and the cost of facility.
