PURPOSE:To ensure the synthetical lifetime management of the rotor in the caption by determining the lifetime of a high-temperature part on the basis of the relation between the difference in the electrical resistances of the high- temperature pert and the low-temperature part of the central hole of the turbine rotor, and the lifetime damage degree. CONSTITUTION:A head 4, in which an electrical resistance sensor 5 is contained, is inserted into the central hole 2 of a turbine rotor 1. The head 4 is moved by a feeding device, thereby measuring the electrical resistances of a high- temperature part and a low-temperature part. The lifetime of the high- temperature part can be determined on the basis of the relation between the difference in the electrical residences and the creep damage degree, hence ensuring the synthetical lifetime management of the rotor.
