Ground-working machine and/or ground-working appliance, such as a motor-driven rotary hoe, tine rotor, rotary harrow and the like, and/or tine-fitted ground-working appliances drawn through the ground only by tractor pulling force, with a ground roller arranged releasably and changeably at its rear end, staggered multi-axially in succession, regulating the working depth, bearing the appliance/machine weight and serving for ground reconciliation, in accordance with Figure 1 of the drawing, the ground roller having at least two roller axles which are arranged at a horizontal distance one behind the other and transversely to the direction of travel and on which individual respective roller elements of equal or different diameter are lined up axially and are held at a distance from the respective adjacent roller element by means of a spacer bush projecting laterally in the axial direction, and the roller elements arranged equally relative to one another on the rear roller axle being laterally offset axially relative to the front roller elements, in such a way that they are staggered relative to the front roller elements and the circles of rotation of the roller elements on the front and on the rear roller axes overlap, at least touch one another.
