A computer-controlled device for correction of output signals from incorrectly operating sensors. Industrial sensors generally deliver in course of time erroneous signals due to coating, wear etc, which makes it desirable to compensate for the errors. These desires have been provided for by this device intended to be placed adjacent the place for determination or sampling of the measured medium. The correction is carried out by letting the device measure the signal of the sensor, after pushing a button and compare this with a result obtained by the determination/sampling, which has been fed in via the key-board of the device. The device calculates the correction term, by which the input signal to the device shall be multiplied so that the output signal will correspond with the reality. A corrected signal is delivered to a regulator, indicating instrument or the like.
