Liq. soft-rinse concentrate with disinfectant properties, contains (by wt) (a) 30-60% cationic soft-rinsing agent for linin, (b) 5-20% cationic disinfectant, (c) 5-20% nonionic dispersant, (d) 15-40% lower alkanols, esp. isopropanol, and opt. (e) water to 100%. Used for sanitising linen, including household cottong fabrics washed at 60 degrees C. Concentrates have softening properties and inhibit germ growth on textiles disperse well in cold rising water; can be used in automatic dosage-devices fitted to household washing machines; can be used in quantities of 8-15 ml/4 was load/rinse; and are stable at 5-60 degrees C and do not separate into individual components.
