A delivering reel bar(2) and a winding reel bar(3) are assembled with a ribbon cartridge(1). The reel bar(2) and the tape pan cake(9,9') of the winding reel bar(3) move with the reel post(7,7'), which has a shaft hole clamper(70) under the cartridge. A pulley(12,12'), which is fixed on the reel guiding shaft(11,11'), drives with the driving pulley(13) by a belt(14). The rotation of a friction pulley(17), which is fixed on the driving pulley shaft(16), moves the carbon tape(8) in a constant feed by the carriage movement. An automatic center adjusting bearing (20) is connected with one of the shaft edges and a solenoid(21) is connected to the other edge. The power transfer of the friction pulley is separated by the shaft(16) movement on the bearing (20) as a hinge shaft.
