摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain cytochrome P-450MC, by transforming a yeast belonging to the genus Saccharomyces with recombinant plasmid pAMC1 having cytochrome P-450MC gene. CONSTITUTION:P-450MC gene is isolated from recombinant plasmid pAU157 having the whole coating range of P-450MC protein, and integrated into developing vector pAAH5 having yeast alcohol dehydrogenase promoter and terminator, to construct recombinant plasmid pAMC1. Then, Saccharomyces cerevisiae AH22 (ATCC38626), etc. is transformed with the plasmid pAMC1 by protoplast method, etc. The transformant is cultivated to give aimed pAMC1. The P-450MC is applicable to oxidation reaction process, oxidation and removal of organic compounds in industrial waste water, etc.
