Device for control of elements of a machine, comprising two control members 4, 5 being articulated so as to each be able to at least tilt from right to left and from left to right and being matched in such a way that the deliberate tilting by direct actuation of one by an operator gives rise to identical induced tilting in the other in the same direction. According to the invention, a force feel device 49, 50 is associated with each control member 4, 5 in that this force feel device 49 associated with the control member 4 actuated by a left hand is active only when the latter is deliberately and directly actuated by an operator from left to right and in that the force feel device 50 associated with the control member 5 actuated by a right hand is active only when the latter is deliberately and directly actuated by an operator from right to left.
