The present invention relates to a food transfer apparatus combined with a heating plate, intended to transfer inside a cooked cereal support (bread, Vienna roll) a simple or cooked dish, a heating plate or water bath having the function of heating the foodstuffs before their transfer. The transfer funnel tube therefore allows the use of fresh or preserved cooked dishes. Example of use: having placed half a Vienna roll over the forming spike B, the crust remaining intact in order to avoid foodstuff ejection, place the roll thus prepared over the tube D.
