P process and apparatus for the extraction in 2002, in which a substance which is dissolved in a first solvent is extracted with the aid of a second solvent which is insoluble in the first. The two solvents are induced together by two branches of a tube sliding, and the mixture leaves via the third branch, the sections of the branches being sized so as to produce a discharge segments with plugs which are alternate of the second and first solvent. The ratio between the sections of the branches of the tube to the first and second solvent is of the 2 - 8: 1 and then to 4: 1. Between the first and the third branch bringing the currents bounded, the ratio between the sections is reduced to 0,7 - 1,2: 1, and then 1: 1, at a distance of the junction, which is from 1 to 3 times the internal diameter of the third branch.
