PURPOSE:To produce stable soybean milk, containing a rich calcium component without causing the phase separation of two phases of water and protein, by using a calcium salt and a specific sodium salt or potassium salt together. CONSTITUTION:A calcium salt, e.g. calcium lactate or calcium carbonate, is added to soybean milk to enrich the soybean milk with the calcium component. In the process, one or two or more selected from the group consisting of sodium secondary phosphate or sodium tertiary phosphate, sodium citrate, potassium carbonate, potassium secondary phosphate or potassium tertiary phosphate and potassium polyphosphate in an amount of 1wt% or less, based on the soybean milk, are added thereto, and if desired 0.15wt% or less pectin and/or gelatin is used together.
