PURPOSE:To detect fine flow rate accurately by providing a pierced conduit port with the same caliber as that of a pipe at the portion of a flange on the fluid inflow side of the pipe and a member having one groove with the width slightly smaller than the caliber thereof communicating with the conduit port provided at the end face on the fluid inflow side. CONSTITUTION:A conical taper 8 is provided at end faces of flanges 6 and 7 of a pipe 5 and a lining 9 is applied inside the pipe 5. A pierced conduit port 10 with the same caliber as that Di of the pipe 5 is provided at the center of a portion corresponding to the taper 8 of the lining 9 and additionally, a cross- shaped groove 11 with the width slightly smaller than the caliber Di communicating wit the conduit port 10 at the end face on the fluid inflow side is arranged centered on the conduit port 10. The groove 11 is deeper as closer to the conduit port 10.
