Interference beams are blocked out in an automatic collimating mirror arrangement in optical appts. with moving optical barrier surfaces. The automatic collimating mirror synchronously moves with the optical main beam and its aperture bundle. In appts. working with polygonal prisms or polygonal mirrors this can be realised by assigning an automatic collimating mirror to each polygon surface, the mirrors being firmly coupled to the polygonal shaft. If the main beam aperture directed outwards by extension of the polygon, the mirror also follows this course about the middle point of the polygon and in syne.
