PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the titled machine, and to obtain a product having accurately wrapped structure, by placing assembled double rings each having an outlet opening at the side wall and swivelling to the opposite directions to each other in a similar assembled double rings having large size. CONSTITUTION:The material to be wrapped in pressed into the inner cylinder assembly 12 composed of inner and outer double rings each rotates reciprocally to the opposite directions, and the material is cut to a definite length by the periodic opening and closing motion of the outlet openings 8 and 10 furnished to the side walls of the above double rings, and extruded through the opening. On the other hand, the wrapping material is pressed continuously into the outer cylinder assembly 11 composed of inner and outer double rings each rotats reciprocally to the opposite directions, and cut and extruded through the periodically opening and closing outlet openings 4, 6 furnished to the side walls of the outer assembly 11. By synchronizing the opening and closing motion of the outlets 8, 10 to those of the outlets 4, 6, the first material is wrapped with the second material.
