PURPOSE:To fusion-bond a rotor shaft to a rotor core in simple steps by flowing an instantaneously high current to the rotor core and the rotor shaft. CONSTITUTION:When the laminated plate of a rotor core 1 is punched by pressing, a projection 4 is simultaneously formed, and the laminated plates are superposed to form a rotor core 1. A rotor shaft 2 which is previously finished is no clearance or clearance fitted into the core 1, retained at the relative position, poles 5 are press-fitted to the core 1 supported to a supporting base 7 and the other poles 6 are press-fitted to the shaft 2 supported to a supporting base 8.
