The reactive circuit (3) comprises a rectangular waveguide (4) closed at the ends by rectangular metallic plates (30,31) to form a box. One plate (30) has an insulated connector (50) passing through its centre to allow a coupling probe (5) to propagate within the box. The probe is directed along the longitudinal axis (XX) in the propagation direction of the waves in the waveguide. Two dielectric cylindrical resonators (6,7) are located on the longitudinal axis and are mounted on hollow supports (60,70). Above each resonator is an adjuster (61,62,71,72) to permit adjustment of the resonant frequency of the resonator. These comprise a dielectric disc (61,71) and a screw (62,72) which passes through a threaded hole in the waveguide wall.
