Vibration apparatus for compacting and levelling concrete and screed-mortar layers, process for using this apparatus, and concrete or screed-mortar layer for treatment with this apparatus
The vibration device exhibits an electric motor mounted on a base plate and driving an unbalance weight. Runners are arranged under the base plate in one embodiment, and over said base plate in another embodiment. In the second embodiment, the base plate is bent and the electric motor is arranged above the runners. When the electric motor is running and the apparatus is placed on a mortar layer, said layer is levelled and compacted by the vibrations introduced into them through the runners and/or the bent base plate.
