1. Group for the transformation of a passenger car in a work vehicle, characterized in comprising a shaped structure (12) to complete the back (28) of the car body (10), said profiled structure ( 12) has an inner link portion (24) substantially in a quadrangular frame shape complementary to the area of the back (28) of the car body (10) surrounding the door opening (30), and an outer portion substantially shaped gate (26), which masts (26a) they are directly fixed at their lower parts, the lower part (24a) of the frame link (24); the crosspiece of said outer portion to gate (26) is formed by an upper horizontal wall of square profile (34), whose edges are joined to the upper side (24a) of the frame link (24), and the sides of the parts top of the masts (26a) of said part or gate (26) are formed by a pair of vertical side walls substantially triangular (36) connected, in correspondence to their edges to the sides (24e) of the frame link ( 24); said shaped structure (12) is provided with a metal door (40), which slides along two guides (38) fixed inside the profiled structure (12) each formed by a vertical branch (38a) and a horizontal branch (38b) projecting to the outside in the extension of said horizontal top wall (34); said shaped structure (12) is suitable to be applied to the car (10) in replacement of the rear door, fixing said frame link (24) to the rear wall (28) of the body, by auxiliary screws (46) and interposing a fitting ring (50), such that said horizontal upper wall (34) forming an extension respectively of the roof and sides of the car body. 2. Group according to claim 1, characterized in that the metal door (40) of the profile structure (12) is provided with a lock block (52) having a closure member (52a) cooperating with the corresponding body (54) that exists in the cocho (10) for locking the rear door. 3. Group according to claim 1, characterized in that the masts (26a) of the lid part (26) and sides (24e) of the frame link (24) each on its underside a concavity ( 26c, 24c) having a complementary one of the rear lights (32) of the car (10) profile. 4.
