PURPOSE:To prepare a packed Kagamimochi (a round mirror-shaped rice-cake offered to a deity) like a real Kagamimochi, by injecting a Mochi (rice cake) from a pipe at the bottom of a container to the container which is molded in the shape of Kagamimochi and has the frosted surface, putting a cap on the pipe, sterilizing it wholly under heating. CONSTITUTION:A container in the shape of Kagamimochi as a whole body, having the injection pipe 11 at its bottom, is molded, and the surface of the container is subjected to frosting treatment. A Mochi (rice cake) is injected from the rice-cake making machine 15 through the stopper 16 and the high-pressure hose 17 to it, the pipe 11 is cut and shortened, and the cap 12 is put on it. The container is wholly immersed in hot water, sterilized under heating, cooled, solidified, to give a product.
