PURPOSE:The titled explosive capable of grinding calculus without damaging the ureter, etc., obtained by using a metal compound of acetylene as a component. CONSTITUTION:An explosive for grinding urethral calculus obtained by using a metal compound of acetylene, especially silver acetylide or copper acetylide, as a component. In explosion, the metal compound of acetylene is converted into only to carbon and a metal, not evolving gases at all. Since it has improved stability and safety, when it is exploded in a thin tube like the ureter, it will not damage the tube. The explosive filling layer 2 is set at the end of the tube 1, which is inserted into a living body and the explosive filling layer 2 is put close by a calculus. An electric current is applied through the leg line 4 or laser beams are sent from the optical fiber 6 to carry out explosion.
