This optical measurement cell, including a heater is in the form of a prism with a horizontal base. Two opposite walls of the prism have windows for the light beam. The heating component is an electrically conductive membrane which is placed inside the opaque opposite walls and inside the bottom of the optical measurement cell. A temp. sensor is placed in a cavity in an opaque wall or in the bottom. The heating membrane is in direct contact with the outer face of the wall or bottom containing the temperature sensor. The space between the sensor and the heating membrane is filled by a thermally insulating material. The cell is more compact and gives more homogeneous and accurate heating.
