The track is made of a point (2) and a counter point (1) of standard type rails together with the rolled I-section track (3) and by the flat iron plates (4,6). Vertical bolts (7) hold the bottom plate (6) to the sleepers, and interposed bolts (10) hold the rails to the bottom plate. Horizontal bolts (8) hold the I-section to the other rails, while a horizontal plate (4) is welded to the top flange of the I-section track. The carriage tyre (5) runs on the top plate and a guide (9) fixed to the axle of the carriage wheel, projects below and is guided by the top edge of the rail (1).
