ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREAn envelope for applying localized heat against asurface area of the anatomy is disclosed. The envelope comprisesan elongated hot water container made of flexible material andhaving a hot water inlet adjacent one end and a cooled water outletadjacent the other end, and means for fastening the envelope abouta portion of the anatomy to hold the hot water container againstthe surface area of the anatomy.
