The suspended mobile is for fixing publicity material in a windy area. It consists of two plates (1,2) pivoted at their ends. One plate is made of transparent material. At the end of at least one plate are fixings (4,5,6) to suspend the mobile from a superstructure (10). There are also removable studs (7) to hold the two plates against each other. The plates are of rigid transparent plastics and are held together at the bottom by hinges (3), which can be of a soft plastics. The suspension can be a wire (6) and hook (5) and opening (4) in one plate.
