The cleaning cloth is in two layers. The top, surface layer is so structured and designed so that it absorbs and retains fine particles of dirt. The underneath, second layer is designed to store the loosened fine particles of dirt. The second layer also is treated to preserve the surface being dealt with. The second layer consists of several partial first and second layers of similar structure whose stability is greater than the bond between the separate partial layers. The partial layers are made of fabric, or of natural and/or synthetic fibres.
