Adhesive lacquer, for cementing esp. reverse-printed transparent polyethylene running- and/or cover surfaces in multi-laminate ski mfr., contains (a) a copolymer, (A), of (meth)acrylonitrile, alkyl acrylate and (meth)acrylic acid or itaconic acid and (b) an epoxy resin (B). Wt. ratio (A) : (B), w.r.t. solid resin, is (70-90) : (30-10). The adhesive lacquer may contain fillers and opt. lacquer-soluble and/or insol. dyes. The lacquer does not attack screen-printed material, i.e. does not alter colour-tone, wash out print contours or cause cracks. The polyethylene running surfaces can be cemented directly to the covering layer and the lacquer layer may also take over the top lacquer layer function. The lacquer has unlimited potting life at room temp.
