Unite application used to perform a patch test in order to clarify the etiology and diagnosis of allergic contact eczema and for the administration of therapeutically active substances for surface treat the skin diseases, and comprising a carrier member ( 10) consists of several application devices (11) each of these devices receiving an application surface (13) for a substance (14). The applicator device consists of a non-absorbent material. Said application surface is essentially located at the same level as the adhesive surface (12) of the carrier member and is surrounded by an annular groove. The application units are covered with a cover layer (17) which is provided with domes (18) situated above each application device and enclose them tightly substances.
