1442503 Sodium dichloroisocyanurate dihydrate FMC CORP 12 July 1974 [13 July 1973] 30874/74 Heading C2C Storage-stable, free-flowing, thermostable low bulk density Na dichlorosiocyanurate dihydrate is prepared from water-wet crystals of Na dichloroisocyanurate dihydrate by contacting with a water-miscible organic solvent, drying the product at a temperature below 48‹ C. to remove organic solvent by more water of hydration and recovering the desired product of bulk density 0À1-0À3 g./c.c. The organic solvent is preferably acetone and the drying temperature 25-35‹ C.
