P the invention relates to a process for the preparation of a water for haemodialysis, in particular of renal. This method consists in fixing of the anions acetates ch3 coo - on at least one anion exchange resin which is insoluble in water, contained in a column 1 and to bring a drinking water to pass through a bed of the resin thus packaged in order to substitute on that - latter to the anions acetates the anions contained in the drinking water. / p & & p & the water obtained is devoid of the undesirable ions in the process of haemodialysis, and is suitable for the production of a solution of haemodialysis, by means of a solution of conventional type. / p
