摘要
Alloy consists of 42.96.85% Pd; 2-40% Ag; 1-12% In; 0.05-2.0% Y and 0.1-4% of =1 of Nb, Mo, Ta or W. The alloy is used to make diffusion filters for superpose purification of hydrogen and reducing non-ferrous oxides, in semiconductor and food industries. Alloy has high H2 permeability (1.5-3 times greater than prior alloys) combined with good strength (1-35% better). Ultimate tensile strength is 58-67 kgf/mm2, yield point is 34-39 kgf/mm2 and relative elongation is 21-28% at room temp.; and 40-48 kgf/mm2, 29-36 kgf/mm2 and 7-12% respectively at 700 degrees C. H2 permeability at 700 degrees C is 26.4-29.2 cm3H2 mm thickness/dm2 surface area (atmospheric pressure difference)1/2.
