A right angle bend near one end of the metal arm (1) provides the vertical section (2) which pivots in the U section bracket (3) screwed to the wall. A split plastic collar (5) is forced on this section of the arm, near the bend. The circular cover box (4) has a large hole (6) in the rim on one diameter, slightly larger than the collar and a smaller hole (7) at the other end. The smaller hole just clears the shaft and when assembled the shaft extends through the smaller hole and is covered by a retaining knob (9).
