The security construction of the licence plate has the plate sandwiched between plastic films bonded together at the edges. The films are stamped with front and rear patterns, interdigitated and bonding to the plate in select places. The plate cannot be removed from the package without damage, either from the front or rear. The design can also be used for special certificates and documents.
