A bone attachment plate for treatment of impression fractures on the tibia plateau is constructed so that the bone attachment plate consists of a long shaft (3,3a) with a series of prongs (4) attached or formed onto it. The prongs (4) are set at an angle to the longitudinal direction (16) of the shaft section (3) which originates at the line of inflection (5) of the shaft (3). The section of the device (6) to which the prongs (4) connect is bent outwards in relation to remainder of the device with a series of screw fix holes cut into both straight and angled (6) sections.
