Arrangement for cultivating fields, consisting of an elongate cross-member 10 which is supported by wheels or caterpillar tracks 11 which are arranged at the ends of the cross-member and by means of which the cross-member can run along parallel, narrow paths 12 on a field, soil or plants in the area between the paths being processable by means of implements 15, 16, 17, which can be connected to holders 14 which are displaceable on the cross-member, by moving the cross-member along the paths.
