The agricultural cross-country vehicle particularly suitable for forestry work, is of semi-trailer type with a working platform in three parts each with a driven axle (1, 2, 5). The front part behind the driving cab can carry a tool such as a lifting arm, trailer parts (7. 8,) can operate at different levels. These parts can be used separately with various tools and the number of driven axles to be operated at any one time can be selected to suit the nature of the terrain. Both the trailer parts can swing about vertical axes.
