The pump consists of a cylindrical housing (1) in which four cylinders (3) are radially mounted. The cylindrical housing is mounted on the end of a drive shaft and is rotated. The cylinders can move radially in a disc (2) and a pipe is mounted in the centre of the disc which connectes with openings to the cylinders. The pipe is divided by a central wall (13) into an inlet and an outlet section. The pipe can be displaced radially so that the disc (2) will be mounted eccentrically in the rotating housing and the cylinders move in and out of the disc and exert a pumping action. When disc and housing are central, the pump output is zero.
