The low wall (6) rests on the tops of the walls. The ends of parallel joists (13) are fixed in the low wall (6) and are on a slightly sloping plane. Support beams (28) are placed on top across the joists (13). Corrugated fibrous cement sheets (29) are placed on the beams (28). The bottom edge of the sheet surface is slightly set back from the low wall (6) so as to leave a channel in which is placed an iron-wire strainer (30). This gutter leads to down-pipes inside the building-walls. The ceiling (32) is formed from sheets suspended from the joists (13). Insulating material, such as glass wool, is placed between the cement (29) sections and the ceiling (32).
