A multiam ferromagnetic lever of Y shape is arranged in a vertical plane parallel to the voltage magnetic circuit so as to turn between the axis of the induction disc and the iron of the voltage circuit, it being magnetically isolated from the voltage circuit iron. The lever (3) is pivoted such that as one arm (5) approaches the induction disc (9) the other moves away from the disc. The lever is pivoted at its centre of gravity, and is mounted by a friction assembly in a meter chassis in non-ferrous material. The adjustment arm (6) of the lever is in contact with the chassis (1) moves of the arm (6) along the chassis (1) creating the friction required.
