Publicity display, uses all types of packages and envelopes as support for publicity information, illustration, or text. All or part of the surfaces put at the disposition of the sender by public or private enterprises notably the Post Office and the Railways, can be used. The surfaces used can have impressions by any of the following or other means, - transfers, stamping stickers etc. The surfaces used can be simultaneously or not, by illustration or art text, instructive or otherwise, or by publicity information, canvassing or otherwise, by combination of the attractive and utilitanan effect.
