Statis mixer for mobile liquids has central streamlined body which creates annular space in tube. This annulus is turned into a series of annular spaced by concentric sheets. These are in turn divided into spiral channels by radial divisions. Alternate ones have rotations in opposite senses. The spirals turn the channels through an angle of 70 degrees plus-or-minus 10 degrees. The result of this is that channels which are adjacent at the inlet are 180 degrees out at the outlet. At the inlet the channels commence parallel to the axis and at the outlet they are only at a slight angle to it.
