Compsn. for removing calcium carbonate deposites and algae from swimming pools produced from opt. lacquered Al (alloys) or resin-coated stainless steel contains 10-40 ml. conc. H2SO4, 25-180 ml. conc. HCl, 0.5-2 g of an ethoxylated fatty amine, and 10-30 ml of dibutylamine. For use this compsn. is diluted with 1-8 fold of water. The consumption of the concentrate is 1 l.per 3-6 m2 of the bottom or walls of the pool.
