548,658. Fastenings. MILLER, H. A. April 10, 1941, No. 4761. Addition to 541,278. [Class 44] Two panels &c. S, T are fastened together by a stud B with a T-head which is passed through the panels and washers, and then through a wire spring member F supported on T, after which the stud is turned through 90 degrees to engage lateral extensions of the spring, as described in the parent Specification. The spring F may be mounted in a floating manner by coiling it around ferrules N' on rivets N' carried by T, and an ejector spring P may be mounted on the stud to move it out when the fastening is undone, as in Fig. 17. The spring F may have various forms.
