112,324. Powell, A. Jan. 9, 1917. Attaching ticket-holders to wearing-apparel.- A season-ticket case having an aperture or apertures in the front for exposing the inscription on the ticket is provided on the back with a stud or spring clip adapted to be passed through the button-hole in the lapel of a coat, so that the ticket is normally concealed but may be exposed to view by turning up the lapel. In the arrangement shown in Fig. 3, a stud b2 on the back of the case a is passed through the button-hole, and a strap a4 comprising the material removed from the front of the case to form the viewing aperture a' is passed round the edges of the case and lapel, and secured to the stud by means of a snap fastener b1. A safety-pin may be secured to the case to enable the lower part of the case to be attached to the lapel, or alternatively, the case may be attached by means of one or two safety-pins only.
