To improve reliability of a visit result of a building facility.SOLUTION: A visit result management system comprises: an IC tag 11 for storing identification data of a building facility 10; a portable terminal 20 for transmitting position data and the identification data of the building facility 10 read from the IC tag 11 and recorded data obtained by recording ambient sounds around the building facility 10 in a predetermined time; and a visit management server 40 for communicating with the portable terminal 20 to process each data received from the portable terminal 20. The visit management server 40 comprises: a visit determination part 42 for determining a visit result on the basis of new identification data and new position data received from the portable terminal 20 and previous identification data and previous position data received in the past from the portable terminal 20; and a data processing part 43 for counting the number of feature coincident points between new recorded data received from the portable terminal 20 and previous recorded data recorded in the past from the portable terminal 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
