[Solution] This supplement provision system comprises: a supplement information storage unit which stores nutrients contained in supplements; an answer receiving unit which receives answers from a user to questions relating to lifestyle; a deficient nutrient identification unit which identifies the nutrients in which the user is deficient in accordance with an attribute of the user and the answers from the user; a supplement selection unit which selects the supplements which include the deficient nutrients; and a supplement adjustment unit which adjusts the combination of the supplements.
