The present invention provides a system and method for young individuals to enable them to choose a career pathways based on prior analysis and assessment of their knowledge, likes, dislikes, skillsets, area of expertise, interest etc. The system disclosed in the present invention is capable of providing users with self-assessing and career enhancing strategies. The method disclosed in present invention enables individuals for managing career transition and provides them with a customizable and easily accessible platform operable at any stage during transition in their career or while choosing a profession (i.e. at any stage from learning to career selection). Further, the system and method disclosed in the present invention, also provides an individual with career guidance and support services which enables them to interact with like-minded people and to seek guidance from highly skilled professionals belonging to their area of expertise.
